Structure and Systems
The HITOWA Group holds meetings of the Group Central Health Committee, which is chaired by the Executive Officer in Charge of Human Resources at HITOWA Co., Ltd., which is responsible for managing the health and safety activities of the Group as a whole.
Its members consist of human resources managers and members in Group companies,employee representatives, and occupational health physicians. The committee meets once every six months to discuss Group-wide safety, health, and hygiene management policies and to check on the progress of related measures. The deliberations of the Group Central Health Committee are reported to the Directors of HITOWA Co., Ltd. and the representatives of each Group company.
